Overview

 

AVOXI creates software solutions that give teams more control and flexibility over their communication needs. Their mission is to become the world’s largest supplier of phone numbers and help teams around the world communicate more efficiently. One of the major projects during my time there was to redesign their shopping cart checkout experience, where a customer can purchase a virtual number for their company/clients. My work is still live on their website and led to a 600% increase in sales conversion rate.

Shopping Cart Process

  • I was tasked with diving the shopping experience for an AVOXI customer into 4 easy-to-understand steps:
    1. Choose Your Plan
    2. Select Add On Features
    3. Add To Cart
    4. Complete Purchase

  • I worked with COO Barbara Dondiego, Senior Product Designer Pablo Torres, and CEO David Wise, as well as a team of very talented engineers to develop this product.

  • The flow went through many iterations before we arrived at the final design you see today. We also spent time monitoring user activity on the website and took note of how long they lingered on each page before completing a purchase. That helped us make necessary edits to the evolving design.
